Regeneration team's AGM

Hornsea Area Renaissance Partnership (HARP) will be welcome anyone who would like to find out more about their work to the Annual General Meeting on November 27, at Hornsea School Sixth Form Building on Atwick Road, from 6pm.

The meeting will be an opportunity to look back on the partnership's achievements over the last year and its plans for the future.

Coun Barbara Jefferson, chairman of Hornsea Area Regeneration Partnership,said: "The AGM is a great opportunity for discussion with residents and other interested parties about the partnership's achievements to date and its future goals."

Hornsea Area Renaissance Partnership is a partnership between East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hornsea Town Council, local parish councils, businesses and the community and voluntary sectors in Hornsea.

It has many projects in Hornsea, including the revitalisation of the Central Promenade, the Newbegin redevelopment, the creation of the pocket park on Newbegin, the Hornsea Curiosity Trail and the Trans-Pennine Trail Hornsea Gateway, improvements to Hall Garth Park and the creation of the skate park and work at Hornsea Museum.
