Police investigate Bridlington ‘sneak in’ burglary

POLICE are appealing for information following a ‘sneak in’ burglary at a property on Queensgate in Bridlington on Tuesday March 12.

Some time between 7.30pm and 8.20pm on Tuesday burglars got in to a semi detached property on Queensgate through an insecure back door, and stole two Samsung Galaxy mobile phones from the kitchen.

The occupier was at home when the incident is believed to have happened, but did not hear or see anything.

It is believed that the intruders may have approached the property by climbing the rear fence.

Police are looking for witnesses to the incident. Anyone who is able to provide any information is asked to contact Humberside Police on the non emergency number 101 quoting crime reference number 1962638 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
