Police are appealing for information after sheds were burgled in Bridlington.

It is alleged the incidents took place between 10.30pm on Saturday 28 December and 8am on Sunday 29 December in the Brooklands Road area.

Adult and children’s bicycles were stolen along with tool boxes.

The unknown offender is believed to have accessed the sheds through a rear alley running parallel to the properties.

A white pick-up van with metal mesh around the sides was seen passing slowly down the road. It is thought to have been driven by a ‘largely built’ man with stubble.

Contact Humberside Police on the non-emergency number 101 with any information regarding the incident or the identity of the offender. Quote log number 219 of 29/12/2013.
