Police appeal after attack on 12-year-old

POLICE in Bridlington are appealing for information after a 12-year-old boy was allegedly beaten up by two men.

The incident took place on Brett Street, Bridlington at around 8.15pm on Wednesday February 29.

A 12-year-old boy was in the park, with a group of friends, when two men who were known to him approached him.

The men are alleged to have assaulted him, causing him to sustain lumps to his head and pains to his stomach.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call Humberside Police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference 1893796.
