Headlands Pink Friday

Headlands Pink Friday

STUDENTS at Headlands Sixth Form raised money for the Breast Cancer Care charity by hosting a ‘Pink Friday’ event at the school.

The students who organised the event asked the entire Sixth Form to wear an item of pink clothing and make a 50p donation.

Alongside some very colourful and imaginative outfits, students also baked some very tasty cakes and did a bake sale as well as asking for donations for a ‘beat the keeper’ game.

There was also face painting and pink hair spraying.

More than £186 pounds was raised on the day.
