IF there's something strange in your neighbourhood, who are you going to call?
Well how about Bridlington's new ghost-hunter?
Claire Moat, 48, is moving to Bridlington from Ferryhill in County Durham, having hunted ghosts and ghouls since she was 18.
She has worked for the Royal Ghost-hunting Society in London and worked around the country before moving in the north-east.
Now she is bringing her spook-spotting powers to Bridlington and requires a team of dedicated ghostbusters to accompany her.
Those wishing to join the ghost watch must be willing to give up Saturday nights for the cause but Claire promises volunteers will not regret joining in.
She said: "I just go out to try and prove or disprove that ghosts are there.
"Watching the team is great. They get a lot of excitement and anticipation from the whole experience, it is terrific.
"My current team has got doctors and nurses on it but it's anyone with any sense really. I vet them beforehand though and if I don't like people, or I think they are carrying on, they will not get near the team."
So far, her experiences have turned up several pictures which show strange shapes and spooky spheres, and she is hoping that her life in Bridlington will turn up even more apparitions.
She said: "It is a nice area, and my friends live around Bridlington, so we wanted to move here – but there are lots of ghosts as well."

CLAIRE can expect several spooky encounters when she starts ghost-hunting in Bridlington.
Here are some of the horrors she might encounter ...
l Burton Agnes Hall is famous for its screaming skull.
According to legend, the skull of one of the three sisters who built the hall is bricked into a wall.
Whenever it is removed from the premises, terrible wailing sounds can be heard and the hall shakes, knocking pictures from the walls.
* The Bull and Sun pub, in Old Town, is thought to hold Bridlington's most prolific spook.
At night, a young boy can be seen riding the bannister on the top level of the pub – and the bannister never tarnishes or collects dust.
* Also in Old Town, on the corner of Squire Lane and High Street, a hooded figure wearing antiquated clothing can occasionally be seen.
It is thought to be the spirit of a local landlord who hanged himself after falsely accusing a barmaid of
stealing from him.
