Drug dealer to appear in court

A HEROIN dealer caught with around £1,000 worth of Class A drugs in his possession will appear at Hull Crown Court on February 22.

Paul Grannon, 39, of Leys Court, Bridlington, was charged with possession of a Class A drug after a police search of his house uncovered almost 100 heroin wraps in his home and on his person.

Grannon pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply at Bridlington Magistrates’ Court last week.

The court heard that Grannon supplied the wraps to other addicts for between 10 to 20 each.

He had been involved in the dealing for around four to five weeks and was remanded in custody to await his hearing at Hull Crown Court in February.
