POLICE in Bridlington have located property they believe to be stolen, and are trying to find the rightful owners.

The goods were recovered from a car that was stopped by officers as part of a routine stop check on the Promenade, Bridlington on Thursday December 13.

The items - a Ring 500 watt floodlight in a box and a Culti diamond selector in a black leather pouch - are now being held at Bridlington Police Station as they are thought to be stolen property.

A 17-year-old man was arrested in connection with the property and has been released on police bail until early January.

Anyone who thinks that the property may belong to them is asked to contact Humberside Police on the non emergency number 101 referring to log 358 of December 13.
