Camping gas charge

A BRIDLINGTON man has denied stealing four cans of camping gas from a town centre store.

Craig Wight, 39, of Trinity Road, Bridlington, appeared at Bridlington Magistrates Court last Wednesday (Jan 25).

Mr Wright pleaded not guilty to stealing the cannisters, valued at £7, from the Boyes Store on Chapel Street on January 10 this year.

He was given unconditional bail to return to court for trial on April 17 at 9.30am.
