Appeal for missing Bridlington mobility scooter to be returned

A BRIDLINGTON man has appealed for the return of his mobility scooter, which was stolen from his property last night (Wednesday, November 7).

Gordon Brunton had parked his four-wheeled ‘pride’ disability scooter, in metallic red, in the front garden of his property on Marshall Avenue on Wednesday November 7.

It was taken sometime overnight, and was discovered stolen at 9am today (Thursday, November 8).

A protective cover which had been placed over the scooter had been neatly folded up and left outside the property.

Now Mr Brunton is hoping that someone may have seen the scooter and can help police investigating its theft.

If you have any information about the theft, contact Humberside Police on the non-emergency number 101 quoting crime reference number CW/1940640/2012
