THE charity Age UK has begun a series of healthy eating sessions for older people – and the next session is tomorrow.

The sessions, held at East Riding College, in St Mary’s Walk, are designed to teach older folk the benefits of healthy eating, with the college’s students teaching ways and means of producing healthy meals.

The first session was held last Friday, and the next two sessions will be held tomorrow, (Friday) and next Friday.

The sessions begin at 1.30pm and last two hours.
