KIDS from a Bridlington nursery enjoyed a trip to the John Bull factory as a special summer holiday outing.
Ten children from the Gable House nursery on Wellington Road, aged between three and four-years-old, visited the Bridlington attraction with staff during the summer.
Lisa Wheeldon, room leader at the nursery, said: “They were very excited about the trip and talked about it all morning. We would like to thank everyone at the factory, the man who made the rock gave all the children some sweets to try and then we watched how it was made before making their own. All of the children had a great time, and were very well behaved, singing songs on the bus on the way home.”
The kids also tried their hand at making chocolate lollies which they were also allowed to take home.
