Wheels To Work from East Riding of Yorkshire Council

Jonathon studies at college and is an apprentice at a local restaurant.

He said: “I wouldn’t have been able to get between work and college on time without my moped. The service was really easy to access and has really helped me with my transport problem, living in such a rural area like Fangfoss.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council student Hannah said: “The programmes that East Riding of Yorkshire Council runs really helped me get the qualifications that I needed.

“I didn’t get many qualifications at school, but in order to go on to Higher Education I knew that I had to achieve my qualifications. “I also feel much more confident when dealing with a wide range of situations and people and I’ve made some good friends.”
