From 12th to 27th April, children are invited to take part in Easter trail around the magnificent grounds of Burton Agnes Hall, solving clues while exploring the extensive gardens. Once the puzzle has been solved, every child will receive an Easter treat.
On Easter Sunday and Monday, enthusiastic egg hunters can search for the thousands of chocolate Easter eggs hidden in the Hall’s woodland by the Easter Bunny, and even meet the bunny himself!
The stunning gardens and grounds offer a magnificent yew tree maze, giant board games including chess, draughts, quoits, snakes and ladders and hop scotch and a Children’s Corner there is so much more to keep the whole family entertained. This is the perfect place to relax and spot the butterflies and bees emerging to enjoy the spring flowers.
The courtyard cafe will be open for visitors to enjoy homemade meals, light bites and indulgent treats. Meanwhile, the Gift Shop and Home & Garden Shop will be full to bursting with the new season’s gifts. Visitors can also choose from a range of home grown plants propagated from the Hall’s gardens, ready to bloom in the coming months.
