CHILDREN from Martongate Primary School in Bridlington donned their Easter finery for a bonnet parade and seasonal celebration.
All 59 children in the Early Years Foundation Stage took part in the bonnet parade after making their own headgear at home. They showed off their colourful creations in a singing performance and parade at the school and class teacher, Jayne Anslow, said: “It was a fantastic celebration of the children’s achievements.
“They sang to their families then later in the morning children from Cliff House Nursery and The Children’s Centre Nursery came to watch.”
The children also made Easter nests, which they sold before the performances.
