Humberside Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was injured during an altercation in a Bridlington pub.

A spokesperson for the force said: “Witnesses are being sought following an altercation in the King’s Arms, Bridlington between 6.30pm and 6.44pm on Saturday, May 30.

“A 51-year-old man was on a night out with family when it is alleged an altercation broke out between him and a man within the bar, resulting in the victim suffering a small cut to his forehead and bruising and swelling to the face.

“The suspect is described as wearing a grey T-shirt and grey buttoned shirt.

Anyone with information is asked to call Humberside Police on 101, quoting crime reference 211.”
