A 13-year-old from Bridlington: Referred to East Riding youth offender panel for 9 months and ordered to pay total costs of £50 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe violence would be used against them, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence.
