POLICE want to speak to this man in connection with the use of a counterfeit note at a Bridlington supermarket.
The incident happened at Morrison’s Supermarket, on Boundary Roundabout at around 2pm on Thursday August 23.
A man entered the store and attempted to purchase some tobacco with what appeared to be a counterfeit note.
Staff in the shop took the note from him to get it checked out and before they could return the man had left.
Police have conducted a number of enquiries and the investigation is still ongoing.
This week officers have released this CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
