Nigel Peter Kitching, 63, of Middle Street, Kilham, Driffield, pleaded guilty to breaking a non-molestation order. Fined £175 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.
Benjamin Patrick Massey, 51, of Lighthouse Road, Flamborough, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Bempton. Fined £325 with costs of £85. Twenty month driving ban to be reduced by five months on completion of course.
Louise Ann Asquith, 33, of The Crescent, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to assault by beating, carrying a bladed article in a public place, possession of amphetamine, unlawfully taking a car, possession of cannabis and failing to provide a sample. Sixteen weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, 12 month rehabilitation order and compensation of £300.
Wayne Jason Barker, 35, of Easby Close, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. Fined £400 with victim surcharge of £40 and costs of 85. Eight points on driving licence.
Paul Anthony Reynolds, 35, of Trinity Road, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and driving without correct insurance and MOT certificate, possession of cannabis and failing to surrender to custody. Sixteen weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85. Two year driving ban.
Andrew Carl Smith, 33, of Northfield Road, Driffield, pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £120 with victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. Sixteen month driving ban to be reduced by 16 weeks on completion of course.
Mark Andrew Leach, 53, of Olinda Road, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to entering premises on Haslemere Avenue in breach of a closure notice. Four weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.
Mark Loxton, 52, of Bempton Crescent, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to entering premises on Haslemere Avenue in breach of a closure notice. Four weeks in prison suspended for 12 months.
Shane Westwood, 20, of Volage Court, Pocklington, pleaded guilty to unlawful wounding. 26 weeks in youth detention suspended for 12 months. Twelve month rehabilitation requirement and compensation of £2,000.
Sean Joseph Worsfold, 46, of Windsor Crescent, Bridlington, pleaded guilty to entering premises on Haslemere Avenue in breach of a closure notice. Four weeks days in prison suspended for 12 months, victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85.
Andrew Steven Sanderson, 44, of Blythe Walk, Bridlington, found guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. Fined £440 with costs of £90.
