Bridlington North Ward

A TRIO of Conservative Councillors have kept their seats on Bridlington North Ward in today’s local elections.

Coun Richard Harrap came top with 2,713 votes, followed by Coun Chris Matthews on 2,449 votes and Coun John Wilkinson on 2,161 votes.

Coun Harrap said: “I am very grateful to the electorate, they have had the confidence to re-elect us and we will continue to work for the residents of Bridlington and the East Riding in general.

Coun Matthews added: “We work very well as a team and we would like to think that the electorate benefits from the three of us working as a team.”
