Police are seeking witnesses and information following the arrest of two men in connection with an incident at a Bridlington takeaway.

It is alleged that two men were involved in a disagreement close to the Pizza Bee Takeaway on Promenade in the town shortly before 5pm on Tuesday 14 June and were separated.

The pair then went in different directions initially before, it is claimed, one of the men then returned with two other men, went into Pizza Bee where the first man had gone after the earlier disagreement, and caused damage to fridges inside the premises whilst making threats of violence to those inside.

Officers have arrested and questioned two men who have now been released on police bail and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.

Anyone who saw what happened or has information about those involved is asked to contact 101 referring to log 410 of June 14.
