MOTHERS pushed their little ones through the streets of Bridlington on Monday as part of The Honeysuckle Centre's fifth annual sponsored pram push.
The women, in fancy dress, started walking from the Promenades Shopping Centre at 10am and finished with a picnic lunch at the Honeysuckle Centre in Scarborough Road at noon.

Maureen Hickson, breastfeeding advisor, said: "There were 20 mothers and their babies and we had a really successful day and a lovely lunch.

"The mothers enjoy doing it and it is nice to make people aware the The Honeysuckle Centre here and is available for parents to use."

The women do not yet know how much they have raised but thanked everyone who supported them.

The event also coincided with the beginning of National Breastfeeding Awareness week and tomorrow there will be a special breastfeeding support group party.

All breastfeeding mothers and babies are welcome between 1pm and 3pm
