A BRIDLINGTON motorist has denied dangerous driving on his first appearance before Hull Crown Court on Monday.
Lee Pickering, 28, of Woldgate, Bridlington stood in the dock of court four and pleaded not guilty to a charge of dangerous driving of a Ford Focus along Marton Road and Bempton Lane, Bridlington on October 18 2009.

Pickering pleaded guilty to two separate charges of driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence, and was represented in court by barrister Richard Thompson.

Crown barrister Nicholas Adlington set out the legal time table for the case.

Judge Simon Jack adjourned the case for a trial at Doncaster Crown Court on May 5. Pickering was given unconditional bail.
