AROUND 10,000 people graced the cliff top on Sunday as Bridlington Lions Club hosted another successful carnival.
The main arena, with acts including a birds of prey display, attracted a large audience and the numerous stalls, games and activities also proved popular.
Lion Peter Jay said: "Considering it was a cold and grey day we did very well and raised about £6,000.
"We are very pleased because in addition to what we made there were also the other charity stalls which benefited.
"It was very successful and the arena acts were very popular."
The Bridlington Lions next major fundraiser is the annual bonfire in Limekiln Lane in November.
