Choir's Easter parade

BRIDLINGTON Girls Choir were in fine voice at the annual Easter Fayre and Bonnet Parade in Emmanuel Church on Sunday.
Alongside the singing, three choir members performed dance routines and choir president Stephanie Neely presented four outstanding contribution awards to the most committed youngsters.

Zara Street, Phoebe Dixon, Zienna Haigh and Lucy Burdon all received recongition for their contribution to the choir over the last year.

The church was a sea of yellow chicks and flowers as the Easter bonnet parade was judged, though all entrants received a small prize.

Emily White, Poppy Roche and Bronte Thornton impressed the judges with their creative bonnets and received the top prizes.

The choir is repeating the programme with the Easter Bonnet Parade at Sewerby Methodist Church this Sunday at 3pm.
