MEMBERS of the public were threatened by a man allegedly brandishing a knife.
He came out of a property on North Back Lane in Bridlington at around 9.30pm last Thursday, went into the street and made threats to passers-by.

No-one was injured but police want to hear from witnesses who were in the area.

A 38-year-old local man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of possessing a blade or sharply pointed article. He was later released on bail, while officers carry out further enquiries.

Anyone with information can call police on 0845 6060222, quoting log number 781 of May 8.
