Yes to marina and other work
Brilliant, let's get on with this new marina then.
Oh, but don't forget the nearby roads and potholes need repairing urgently.
And we desperately need new and more rubbish bins. And new dog-fouling signs. And new seating and fencing.
And the town's footpaths and eyesore shopfronts all need sorting as a matter of urgency.
Oh well, we can dream I suppose.
