WE were at the Proclaimers concert at the Spa.
What a fantastic show, only spoiled by the continual trail of people going back and forth to the bar and returning with glasses, slopping them over people.
Part-way through the show these people were swaying and bumping into people and most of the
audience were sick of it.
I suggest that if the Spa wants to keep putting bums on seats it curtails the sale of alcohol while the shows are on.
I've been to theatres all over the country and have never seen drink actually in them before.
As we were leaving, my daughter overheard a Scottish voice in the crowd saying: "And I thought the Scots were called the boozers!"
Well said young man, as a fellow Scot I agree.
