As a mother of two, I would first like to thank the council for the great job it has done upgrading and modernising Queensgate Park.
I have never seen it so busy as it was on Sunday afternoon.
However, there was a large number of youths intent on disuading younger children and families from playing on the park by their boisterous manner and inappropriate use of the equipment.
Would it not be of benefit to the public to protect our beautiful new services by deploying community wardens to help deter this kind of intimidating behaviour?
It would be of great detrement to the community if this facility is allowed to be abused in this way.
