I WOULD like to comment on the woman driver of a large silver car who very nearly hit me and my grandson in Tesco's car park on Tuesday, April 29 at about 1.30pm on the crossing.
She stopped to let a man cross from the other side so I, as a very careful grandmother, set off – only for the driver, who was not watching, to do the same.
I had to pull my grandson's pushchair back as she braked, missing us by only inches.
I
thought drivers had to wait until a crossing was totally clear before setting off again.
