MY most sincere thanks to the staff of the Macmillan Wolds Unit at Bridlington Hospital.
My father passed away there recently after a valiant battle against cancer.
The staff at the unit were magnificent in providing the most incredible attentive care.
Every single member of the team was kind, helpful and, above all, caring.
Never before have I spent time in a place which generates such a warm, friendly and safe atmosphere. The inhabitants of Bridlington should be hugely proud of the Macmillan Wolds Unit and its extraordinary staff.
I hope you will continue to support it with the financial backing it deserves.
My father was hugely appreciative of the care he received at the unit, as indeed is his family.
