COULD we please, through your paper, say a big thank you to all the kind people who sponsored us when we swam the Swimathon at the weekend.
We swam it in memory of our grandma, who we lost to cancer. She was very special to us.
We are proud to say we did the 5k – 200 lengths – in very good times and thanks to the sponsors we have raised a good amount for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

So thank you to all family, friends, neighbours and teachers, also a special thanks to Leisure World staff for making it possible for the Swimathon to happen, and making it such an enjoyable time for us. Thank you again.
