A STAR-STUDDED cast is to take to the stage in Bridlington for a play set in a pole dancing class.
Lisa Riley of Emmerdale and Fat Friends fame will be joined by such famous faces as Abi Titmuss and The Bill star Trudie Goodwin for The Naked Truth, presented by Theatre Productions Ltd.

The production, performed at Bridlington Spa this Saturday and Sunday, is a comic tale about sisterhood and tells the story of a group of women learning to pole dance, the latest get-fit craze.

Lisa Riley will take to the stage as one-half of the infamous Grange Hill terrible twins with Hollyoaks mainstay Julie Buckfield.

Joining Lisa and Julie are Abi Titmuss and Trudie Goodwin – otherwise known as the Bill's regular June Ackland – plus Emily Aston of Coronation Street fame and Lorraine Hodgson.

The audience will be entertained by these very different women struggling hilariously to conquer pole dancing for a charity event to raise awareness and money for breast cancer.

As their stories unfold and unravel they share laughter and tears in this funny but sad and ultimately moving show.

The Naked Truth is a poignant and uplifting comedy, a call to all women and celebrating strength through adversity.

The hit new comedy from the writer of Girls' Night Out will make you laugh cry and be proud to be a woman.
